These terms and conditions regulate the use of the website laruler.cl (hereinafter “La Ruler”) and the purchase of products through it. By browsing and making purchases on this site, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. About La Ruler

La Ruler is a Chilean brand of premium food supplements focused on female well-being. Our products are manufactured by authorized laboratories in Chile, in accordance with current Food Sanitary Regulations.

2. Products

La Ruler sells food supplements. Our products are not medications and do not replace a balanced diet. No therapeutic or curative properties are attributed to them.

Information regarding each product, its ingredients, and its instructions for use is available on each item's product page. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting consumption, especially in cases of medical treatment, pre-existing health conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

3. Prices and payment methods

All prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include VAT. We accept the payment options enabled at checkout.

La Ruler reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the one published at the time of finalizing the transaction.

4. Order confirmation

Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. The purchase is considered perfected at the time said email is received.

La Ruler may reject orders due to lack of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any justified cause, in which case 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to reasons beyond La Ruler's control (weather, logistics operator contingencies, remote areas, among others).

6. Returns and withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 3 bis of Law 19.496, purchases made on laruler.cl do not include a right of withdrawal. Returns due to regret, change of mind, or wrong product selection are not accepted.

We do cover, at no cost to the customer, cases of shipping errors, incomplete orders, damaged packaging, manufacturing defects, or expired products. Additionally, we have an experience guarantee subject to evaluation.

7. Minimum age

To purchase from La Ruler you must be over 18 years old. Supplements are not recommended for those under 18, pregnant women, or those breastfeeding, unless indicated by a doctor.

8. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, logos, design, and product photography) is the property of La Ruler or is duly licensed. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Official channels

The only official sales channels are laruler.cl and those expressly communicated by La Ruler. We are not responsible for products acquired through unauthorized third parties.
