What is each product for?

Yes, our formulas are designed to be integrated synergistically and harmoniously into personalized daily routines, taking care not to duplicate excessive intake of the same nutrient.

How and when should I take them?

The exact indications for portions, method of use, and recommended consumption times are clearly stated on the physical label of each product and in the technical data sheet on our website. Compliance with the suggested portion is essential for safe consumption. Remember not to exceed the recommended daily portion.

📦 Shipping, Payments, and Guarantee

Do you ship throughout Chile?

Yes, we ship throughout mainland Chile from our warehouse in Santiago. Easter Island, Juan Fernández, and areas outside the mainland territory are temporarily excluded.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination area (always in business days from the moment payment is verified and the order is dispatched):

  • Metropolitan Region: 2–4 business days.

  • Central and Southern Zone: 2–6 business days.

  • Extreme or rural areas: Up to 14 business days, depending on the courier's distribution frequency.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we ship your package from the warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track it in real-time with the logistics operator (Chilexpress, Starken, Correos de Chile, etc.).

What payment methods do you accept and are they secure?

We accept payments through Mercado Pago, with credit and debit cards and other enabled methods, using a 100% encrypted and secure payment gateway.

Do I have a guarantee and how do I request a refund?

  • Legal Guarantee: You have a 6-month legal guarantee from the receipt of the product if it presents original defects or verifiable quality deficiencies (Law No. 19.496).

  • Shipping incidents or damages: If your bottle arrived broken, open, with the seal tampered with, or a product was missing, you must write to us at larulerlaruler@gmail.com or our WhatsApp within the first 48 hours, attaching photos of the product, bottle, and shipping box as you received them to manage it immediately.

Do La Ruler supplements replace a meal or medical treatment?

No. Dietary supplements are designed exclusively to complement the diet in healthy people. They do not replace a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, or formal medical treatments.

Can minors, pregnant, or nursing women take them?

As a general rule and by health regulation, consumption by minors, women who are pregnant, or in the breastfeeding period mandatorily requires prior medical authorization, evaluation, and supervision. Always check the specific warnings on the product label.

Do they have side effects?

Our supplements are safe if the daily doses recommended on the label are strictly followed. However, if you have a pre-existing medical condition, take medication regularly, or have sensitivity to any component, you must consult with a healthcare professional before starting to consume them.
